Regarding the strength gains Bench press increased from 80 kg for 8 reps to 100 kg for 8 reps. I gained 8 kg ( 16 lbs ) during the entire 2 months of running the blueprint. This can help you to conserve energy during entire workout. I would recommend you to perform every sets at RPE 7-8. Unfortunately you have to deal with drop in performance during a workout, but considering the long term you can gain still an impressive amount of mass and strength. Rest of 8-9 hours would help the body to recover for the next workout. Macro of 20% protein, 40% carbs and 40% fats. A recommended surplus of 1000 - 1500 calories in required. For a natural lifter this workout should be used only while Bulking. By the with the help of steroids like Dianabol the body can quickly recover and generated energy during the workout helping you to continue long workouts without fatigue. Well in short there can be massive drop in performance in subsequent sets. So the rest of the last sets have to be performed with low energy. It is broken down into two phases which consist of 3 workouts that are performed twice per week over the course of 6 days, followed by 1 day of rest. Since there are 50 sets during workout, your body can be exhausted within the completion of 20 + sets.
